Get it right from the start. A home set up face to face or online. Ask any questions, get the right home set up, get a training plan together.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, so if things get difficult and you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24hrs notice to retain the use of fee. No refunds for not turning up to your booked appointment. Some group classes have waitlists, so if 24hrs before the start of a string of group classes please let us know and you can join the next round. Group classes are non refundable, if is up to you to make time to complete your classes.
