Service Description

Get it right from the start! It is important to get the best start, to have many years of fun and stress-free time with your doggie. It's an investment now to get it right, so you shouldn't need help later! That's why, being a local class designed by a dog behaviourist is best! **Please note the date you select is the START/First session of 4 consecutive classes for Puppy School.** Price is for all the 4 sessions. Puppy School is not about learning sits and downs it is about learning key skills to be about to live in our world. It's also not free-for-all puppies jumping on each other.... controlled and a great learning space. We limit the numbers to be maximum 6 puppies. We learn: Calm, disengagement, engagement, confidence and novelty. If your pup has these skills, then they can do anything! Not only that but your puppy can earn his Novice Trick Dog Title, which is an international award! Our Puppy School includes: Online videos, info book on set up and puppy life, FAQ and information. You have access to the online content as soon as you sign up, so you can move forward with your training as and when it suits. We then follow up with 4 weeks of face to face classes with our pups. Learn from your local certified canine behaviour consultant. Prevention is better than cure! *Please note due to the popularity of Puppy School and limited places there are no refunds, exchange of services or cancellations 24hrs before the first class commences.

Cancellation Policy

Life happens, so if things get difficult and you need to reschedule, a minimum of 24hrs notice to retain the use of fee. No refunds for not turning up to your booked appointment. Some group classes have waitlists, so if 24hrs before the start of a string of group classes please let us know and you can join the next round. Group classes are non refundable, if is up to you to make time to complete your classes.
